The FBI has teamed with St. Margaret Foundation to establish a special fund in memory of Special Agent Samuel Hicks, who was killed in the line of duty Wednesday in Indiana Township.
In addition, Agent Hicks' funeral will be Tuesday in Baltimore.
"The Sam Hicks Fund" will be administered by St. Margaret Foundation, which will accept financial gifts from donors and oversee how those funds are invested and used. As part of its role, the foundation has agreed to make an initial grant of $1,000 to the fund.
