A warrant has been issued for an 18-year-old from South Park in connection with the arrest this week of a South Fayette teenager who is charged with planting bombs in his house to kill his family members.

KDKA-TV reports that South Fayette police obtained a warrant for the arrest of Thomas J. Moore, 18. Mr. Moore faces charges of criminal conspiracy and hindering apprehension.

Police say he transported the chemicals and bomb-making materials to 16-year-old Christopher Janney, who wavied his right to a preliminary hearing on Wednesday. Mr. Janney is charged with attempted homicide and criminal conspiracy charges for allegedly placing the homemade bombs near the heads of family members while they slept.
