State police arrested a Hill District man at a shopping mall outside of Indiana, Pa., early Friday night and charged him with narcotics violations.

Undercover police bought 50 bags of heroin from Justin Colbert, 23, of Shipton Street. They also confiscated a loaded .40-caliber Glock and $4,176 in cash.

The defendant was arraigned on charges of possession and delivery of a controlled substance. He was placed in the Indiana County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bond.
