Wine and dine

• Chef Michael Lench at UUBU6 on the South Side Slopes is preparing a five-course California-Mediterranean menu for a dinner celebrating wines from Lolonis Winery, a certified organic winery in the Redwood Valley, Mendocino County.

The dinner will be Monday at 6:30 p.m.; the cost is $75 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Upscale snacks

• The monthly cheese tasting at Ma Provence, Squirrel Hill, will be held Monday from 6-8 p.m. Three wines paired with three cheeses, $20. Information: 412-521-2925.

• The monthly beer tasting at The Warhol museum will be held Oct. 10 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. and will feature the Penn Brewery. $20 per person includes a sampling of beer snacks provided by the Warhol cafe and full admission to the museum.
