Scott James Warman, 20, of Bridgeville, was charged Saturday with underage drinking and disorderly conduct in the 500 block of Bower Hill Road.
Yvonne Ann Fiumara, 40, of Bridgeville, was charged Sunday with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving under suspension and display of a foreign license following an investigation into the unlawful use of a car.

Following a weeklong investigation into the illegal cultivating and growing marijuana, Carnegie police and the district attorney's Narcotics Enforcement Team on Monday charged Ollis Patrick Hanley, 24, and Renee Michelle Shepherd, 22, both of Carnegie, with marijuana possession, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and manufacture of marijuana, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia.
Inside a grow room in the residence, investigators found 24 marijuana plants, a 400-watt lighting system, potting soil, pots and other growing materials, and assorted other drug paraphernalia.

Police are looking for the person or persons who vandalized a portable speed tracking detection device that was parked last week on Swallow Hill Road. The 10-by-10-inch message that was pasted on the device called it "an obscene waste of money" for it to be parked on Swallow Hill when the money could have been used to patch the street's potholes. The message was signed "Concerned Taxpayer of Swallow Hill."
Motorcyclist Timothy Welsh, 34, of Scott, was charged Aug. 12 with driving under the influence of alcohol and numerous traffic citations on Ewing Road.

On Aug. 10, two 15-year-old females, one from Collier and the other from Carnegie, were charged with retail theft at Kmart, Chartiers Valley Shopping Center. Police said each had a lady's shirt worth $9.99 concealed in their clothing.

Three juveniles were charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, recklessly endangering another person, firearms without a license, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy Saturday after shots were fired in the area of the Knights of Columbus hall.
Harold Vincent, 43, of Steubenville, Ohio, was charged Aug. 11 with possession of a controlled substance and Michelle Firm, 33, also of Steubenville, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of a controlled substance and driving with an expired registration on West Steuben Street.
Two individuals and a juvenile were charged Aug. 15 with criminal mischief in connection with the theft of a 6-foot astronaut statue -- a roadside advertisement for the Kennedy Space Center, a self-storage facility on Forest Grove Road.
On Aug. 8, police said, the males were suspected of having cut a cable and removed the nuts and bolts on the statue at the entrance to the business.
After the business owner announced a reward for the astronaut, which he valued at $1,800, a caller tipped police that it was in a house in Oakland.

The statue has been returned to its place in front of the business.
