It's My Binky is recalling about 115,000 personalized pacifiers. The pacifier button, ring handle and shield with nipple can detach, posing a choking hazard to infants.
The recalled pacifiers have "Japlo" imprinted on the front of the pacifier shield at the bottom, center. The pacifiers were sold in blue, white and pink with various words or designs printed on the button of the pacifier. Examples of text and symbols printed on recalled Japlo pacifiers include: blue pacifier, "my mom rocks"; white pacifier, "mute button"; and pink pacifier, "future CEO."
The pacifiers were sold at baby boutique retail stores and Nordstrom, and online at www.itsmybinky.com from February 2006 through June 2008 for between $5 and $6.
Consumers should return the pacifiers to the store where purchased or contact the firm if purchased online to receive a free replacement pacifier.

TTI Floor Care North America is recalling about 987,000 Dirt Devil vacuum power brush attachment tools. Plastic pieces inside the vacuum tool can break apart and be ejected, posing a laceration hazard to consumers.
The recalled turbo tool/power brush attachment was sold as an accessory with Dirt Devil vacuum models. Only vacuum tool accessories with date codes J7060 through J7365 that have a C-clip connector are included in this recall. The date code is located on the underside of the vacuum accessory. The turbo tool/power brush tools are about 61/2 inches long by about 5 inches wide and come in a variety of colors that match the color of the vacuum. The housing of the tool was made in clear, red, green or light blue with clear, light blue, dark blue, red, purple or black turbine fans with matching brush rolls.
Mass merchandisers, home improvement stores and other retail stores sold the vacuum cleaners, including accessories, from April 2007 through April 2008 for between $60 and $170.
Consumers should contact the firm to receive a free repair kit.

Sleep Innovations Inc. is recalling about 120,000 Cuddly Comfort pillows. The pillows can contain small metal fragments in the fiber-fill as a result of a mechanical breakdown in the manufacturing process. The metal fragments can cause abrasions and cuts to consumers.
The recalled Cuddly Comfort pillows were sold in packs of two. Each pillow is 20 inches wide by 26 inches long. They were sold in white, violet, blue, pink and yellow colors. Only pillows with registration number PA-27156(CA) are included in the recall. The registration number and the words "Sleep Innovations" are printed on the pillow's tag.
Certain Costco stores sold the pillows from February 2008 through June 2008 for about $20.
Consumers return the pillows to any Costco store for a full refund.
