Astorino named Dino Persichetti, chief operating officer; Ron Dellaria, chief compliance officer and president of Astorino Development Co.; Robert Ward, president of engineering; Nikola Doichev, senior vice president of design; and Traci McGavitt Yates, vice president of business development. In addition, Astorino's Residential Interior Design Team has expanded to serve both Pittsburgh and Florida markets. Lisa Scalo-McMenamin will lead the Pittsburgh team and Marigil Walsh will head the Florida team.

California University named Angela J. Burrows interim vice president for university advancement. She succeeds June Pickett Dowdy, who retired on July 1.

Family Hospice and Palliative Care said Debra Sauro has joined as director of quality, programming and education.

Mary Lynn Sealey was appointed program director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at West Penn.

Law

Dickie McCamey & Chilcote said John W. Burns, Charles F. McElwee and John D. Waclawski Jr. were elected shareholders. Mr. Burns concentrates his practice in the areas of transportation/trucking litigation, high technology and general liability, with a particular emphasis in health care law, captive formation and management, and bankruptcy/workout. Mr. McElwee concentrates his practice in workers' compensation. Mr. Waclawski Jr. concentrates his practice in the area of litigation, with a particular emphasis in commercial and technology law.

Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh's board of trustees announced the appointment of five new members. Each member was elected to serve a two-year term.
