Carnegie

• Bradley A. Smith, 18, whose last known address was in the 100 block of Mansfield Avenue, surrendered July 9 at Allegheny County Jail. Police said Mr. Smith was accused of pointing a gun at the head of a man at the intersection of Library Avenue and Lee Street on July 2 while he took the victim's wallet, money and cell phone.

He is charged with robbery, aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and carrying a firearm without a license. He has a preliminary hearing today before District Justice Dennis Joyce of Crafton.

• Thomas C. Sinneway, 50, of Scott, was charged Sunday with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia at an apartment on West Main Street.

• Parilyn M. Still, 31, of Carnegie, was charged Friday with simple assault following a domestic incident on Chestnut Street.

• Tyrone E. Baskins II, 27, of Moon, was charged Saturday with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct on West Main Street.

• Ronald J. Bungert, 54, of Carnegie, was charged last Thursday with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct on Academy Street.

• John W. McGrogan, 42, of Crafton, was charged Sunday with public drunkenness on East Main Street.

• William M. Nagel, 50, of Carnegie, was charged July 9 with public drunkenness on Washington Avenue.

• Cindy Hartz, 38, of Collier, was charged July 7 with defiant trespass at Carnegie Towers.

Collier

• Gabrielle Garner, 20, of Collier, was charged July 8 with burglary and receiving stolen property after an English Turn Drive resident reported the theft of two half-carat diamond earrings valued at $5,000 and $280 in cash. Police said Ms. Garner, who was supposed to be watching the house while the family was away, is accused of pawning the earrings Downtown.

• Thieves removed catalytic converters worth $600 a piece from three trucks parked overnight last Thursday at Team Industrial Service, Campbells Run Road.

Findlay

• Two juveniles were charged July 9 with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after the rest rooms were damaged at the township's skate park on July 1 and 7.

Kennedy

• Natel Walker, 21, of Pittsburgh, was charged Monday with criminal trespass and harassment after an incident on Oak Pointe Drive.

Police said Mr. Walker was arguing with a woman. He tossed a cup of soda at her head and starting to drive away, but police blocked his vehicle. Mr. Walker, who had been cited for trespassing twice, was belligerent with officers, police said, and was taken into custody.

Robinson

• Jason Chebatoris, 28, of Hendersonville, Nev., was charged July 10 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving at unsafe speeds on Steubenville Pike.

Scott

• Michael Puccio, 25, was charged Friday with simple assault after police responded to a domestic disturbance call in which he is accused of striking his mother with a stick.

• After police were called Saturday to a domestic disturbance on School Street, James Minor, 40, of Scott, was charged with resisting arrest, terroristic threats and related charges.

• Michelle Poole, 35, of Etna, was charged Saturday with simple assault after police responded to a domestic disturbance call on Greenbriar Drive.

• Following a July 9 road rage incident at Sterling Motors on Greentree Road in which he was accused of punching a juvenile in the face, Christopher Sullivan, 20, of Collier, was charged with simple assault.

• James Ward, 37, of Scott, was charged Saturday with cruelty to animals after police were called to the Wal-Mart parking lot and found two dogs locked in a hot vehicle.

• Daniel Byers, 27, of Scott, was charged Sunday with open lewdness and disorderly conduct after police were called to Carothers Avenue for a report of a man exposing himself.

• On July 7, a bill changer/coin machine worth $2,500 was reported stolen from the laundry room at the 600 building of Carriage Park Apartments. Another coin machine was reported stolen last Thursday at the building located at 100 Carriage Park Drive.

South Fayette

• After an accident early July 3 in which the car he was operating sheared off a utility pole on Millers Run Road, Luke Mikito, 27, of South Fayette, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, not providing immediate notice of the accident and being involved in an incident involving unattended property.

The incident, which caused an explosion when the pole was knocked over, resulted in a power surge that burned out appliances and equipment in more than 20 homes.

• After police found him passed out in a grassy area off Boyce Road at 5 a.m. Sunday, Bryan Pozzi, 32, of Scott, was charged with public drunkenness.
